  • Round 1 Written Test

    Experience :
Experience was pretty good in this round. Actually in 2015 the company did not take the written test because there were not enough students. In my year they took the test... So it is on your destiny because many good students can be left out. Around 200 students participated and 100 were qualified for the next round. Okay enough jibber jabber...lets talk about the test... Around 60 questions were there and you have 60 minutes for that. NO NEGATIVE MARKING The question interface was very bad only next and previous buttons were there. So attempt all the questions on one go and do not leave it for later because you wont have time for that. Dont know about the exact cut off but it was easy.
    Tips :
    1. Dont get stuck to 1 question give one minute make a guess if u are not able to crack it. 2. Completing all the questions should be the priority. 3. Aptitude questions were there english maths and logical reasoning. Practice from IndiaBix. 4. For CAT aspirants dont get overconfident yes it will look easy to you but make sure you get them right.
  • Round 2 Group Discussion

    Experience :
GD was very nice. My Moderator was very good actually. Groups of 10 were made out of which avg 5 were selected. They gave us general topics mine was Can a country grow with corruption . I wanted to start the discussion but could not. I was late by 1 second. But I listened changed my viewpoint came back with different viewpoint which worked in my favor. See it is a very general topic and obvious opinion was a big NO. Everybody was speaking on the same thing I started speaking for YES. not actually Yes but questioning others viewpoint . I started talking about USA and England. Corruption is there as well but they are also growing so i started speaking about that it worked in my favor.
    Tips :
    1. Try to start the discussion if not then stay calm dont panic. Listen to others and then speak. 2. Dont speak rubbish try to build upon what others are saying. 3. sabzi mandi mat banana parliament nahi hai yeh. agar dusre chilla bhi rahe hai toh bhi shaanti rakhna end me conclude kr dena. bahut points milte hai conclusion ke. 4. Read some current topics. 5. Practice at least 2 times before GD.
  • Round 3 Technical Interview

    Experience :
This interview went very good apart from the technical questions HR questions were also asked and I nailed them. Basic questions were asked in this for eg DBMS keys queries about the internship project and C. Apart from them basic Hr questions were there you can prepare it from indiabix also. IT went smooth and the interviewer was very happy with me.
    Tips :
    1. Practice the HR questions beforehand very well. 2. THEY WILL YOU A FORM TO FILL BEFORE YOUR ENTIRE PROCESS. FILL IT JUDICIOUSLY BECAUSE YOU WILL BE ASKED TO JUSTIFY WHAT YOU HAVE WRITTEN AT THE TIME OF INTERVIEW.
  • Round 4 HR Interview

    Experience :
It went very bad. The interviewer was expressionless throughout the entire time. My interview went like this HMM..OKay...HMM okay...HMM okay and it ended. I was scared after that.
    Tips :
no extra tips just prepare the HR questions very well.. They will come handy to you.

  • Round 1 Written Test

    Experience :

No written test was conducted,a shortlisting procedure was done before hand.
  • Round 2 Group Discussion

    Experience :

It is always fun to be a part of any GD wherein you get to voice your opinion on any given issue. Our topic was related to the importance of education,on which we had a heated discussion. But eventually majority of the group members agreed with my point of view and cited me in their opinion.
    Tips :

Be aware in general of the issues taking place around the globe like the WTO issue or some summit which just took place like the G20 Summit.Do not try to be aggressive while speaking ,one should address all the group members while speaking including the ones conducting it.Try using quotes since it would enhance your impact factor .Then speak without fumbling and with confidence.
  • Round 3 Technical Interview

    Experience :

I wasn't asked much in this interview, just my projects and some basic questions based on my favourite subject. After sometime the interviewer started asking me questions about cloud computing which obviously has never been my subject so i told him that "Sir my branch is E.C.E",after which he asked a few basic questions from some core electronics subjects and i was through.
    Tips :

Go through your projects well. They are asked by all companies majorly.Rest prepare one subject well of your branch and you'll sail through.
  • Round 4 HR Interview

    Experience :

The ma'am who took my GD was my HR interviewer. She had already noticed me in the GD.We had a long 'chat' about almost everything,my parents ,my siblings ,my interests, photography.Try to highlight your strengths by quoting examples from your life.If you don't have any incident as such,COOK one up before hand,it'll help.
    Tips :

Be confident and pleasant when you're talking.Talk casually and don not get worked up.If she/he asks you something that isn't striking you, like i said above try cooking up stories.
  • General Tips

CONFIDENCE is the key i would say.Even if you are making things up,be proud of it and you'll sail through.Do not let that smile on your visage disappear at any point of time even if you're exhausted.Rest if any queries ,you people can contact me via my email id or on facebook. ALL THE BEST FOLKS.
